The Blue Ringed Octopus
Reagan Phillips and Colleen Fenton
The Blue Ringed Octopus is a species of octopus that inhabit tide pools and coral reefs around the world. They are generally small, no bigger than a golf ball but despite this small size, they can prove extremely deadly to humans. They are easily recognizable with their blue and black rings on their yellow skin. If agitated, these rings darken drastically and appear to pulsate.
